In his former leadership position as Deputy Head of the Main Department and Head of the Department of Law Enforcement in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he was responsible for the repression and intimidation campaign led by the police forces in the wake of the 2020 presidential election, in particular arbitrary arrests and ill-treatment, including torture, of peaceful demonstrators as well as intimidation and violence against journalists. He remains active in the Lukashenka regime as the Deputy Head of the public militia of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and retains the rank of Police Colonel.

Dans le cadre de ses anciennes fonctions dirigeantes de chef adjoint du département général et de chef du département de l’application des lois au ministère de l’intérieur, il a été responsable de la campagne de répression et d’intimidation menée par les forces de police à la suite de l’élection présidentielle de 2020, en particulier d’arrestations arbitraires et de mauvais traitements, y compris la torture, de manifestants pacifiques, ainsi que d’intimidations et de violences à l’encontre de journalistes. Il continue de jouer un rôle actif dans le régime de Loukachenka en tant que chef adjoint de la milice publique de l’académie du ministère de l’intérieur et conserve le rang de colonel de police.
