By Presidential Decree No. 412 of 23 April 2023, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin established the group Almaz Antey, which has become one of the largest holdings of the Russian military-industrial complex. JSC Scientific and Production Association Moscow Radio Engineering Plant (JSC NPO MRTZ) is part of that holding.

The main products of JSC NPO MRTZ are components for the illumination and guidance radars of air defence systems, command posts of the air defence systems, components of the launch systems, electronic warfare and mobile repair bases. Many of the products are used in the war of aggression against Ukraine.

Thus, NPO MRTZ is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Furthermore, it is associated with Joint Stock Company Almaz-Antey air and space defence corporation.

Par le décret présidentiel no 412 du 23 avril 2023, le président de la Fédération de Russie Vladimir Poutine a créé le groupe Almaz-Antey, qui est devenu l’une des plus grandes sociétés holding du complexe militaro-industriel russe. JSC “Scientific and Production Association Moscow Radio Engineering Plant” (JSC NPO MRTZ) fait partie de cette société. Les principaux produits de JSC NPO MRTZ sont des composants pour les radars d’illumination et de guidage des systèmes de défense aérienne, pour les postes de commandement des systèmes de défense aérienne, des composants pour les systèmes de lancement, la guerre électronique et les bases de réparation mobiles. Un grand nombre de ces produits sont utilisés dans la guerre d’agression menée contre l’Ukraine. NPO MRTZ apporte donc un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
