Hung Phat Maritime Trading is a company that owns or manages tankers that are subject to restrictive measures imposed by the Union and by other countries for being part of the Russia’s so-called “shadow fleet”, transporting crude oil or petroleum products while practicing irregular and high-risk shipping practices. Therefore, Hung Phat Maritime Trading owns and manages vessels that transport crude oil or petroleum products, originating in Russia or exported from Russia, while practicing irregular and high-risk shipping practices as set out in the International Maritime Organisation General Assembly resolution A.1192(33). Hung Phat Maritime Trading is furthermore providing technical support to the operations of such vessels.

Hung Phat Maritime Trading est une société qui possède ou gère des pétroliers faisant l’objet de mesures restrictives imposées par l’Union et par d’autres pays en raison de leur appartenance à la “flotte fantôme” de la Russie, qui transportent du pétrole brut ou des produits pétroliers tout en se livrant à des pratiques de navigation irrégulières et à haut risque. Par conséquent, Hung Phat Maritime Trading possède et gère des navires qui transportent du pétrole brut ou des produits pétroliers provenant de Russie ou exportés depuis la Russie, tout en se livrant à des pratiques de navigation irrégulières et à haut risque, telles qu’elles sont visées dans la résolution A.1192(33) de l’assemblée générale de l’Organisation maritime internationale. Hung Phat Maritime Trading fournit en outre un appui technique aux opérations auxquelles se livrent de tels navires.
