ANO Dialog is a Russian non-profit organisation created by the Moscow Department of Information and Technology (DIT) in 2019 and closely linked to the presidential administration. It was headed by Alexey Goreslavsky, former deputy head of the President’s Department for Public Projects (OPS). Vladimir Tabak has been the director general since 1 December 2021. ANO Dialog has been disseminating online propaganda about the illegally annexed territories in Ukraine. ANO Dialog provides instructions to the Readovka Telegram channel that publishes disinformation about the war of aggression against Ukraine in support of the Kremlin’s propaganda. ANO Dialog is linked to the popular “fact-checking” Telegram account and subsequent domains “War on Fakes”, run by ANO’s Head of Strategic Areas Development of ANO Dialog, Timofey Vasiliev, that disseminates fake news and propaganda about the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, ANO Dialog is materially supporting actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

ANO Dialog est une organisation à but non lucratif russe créée par le département de l’information et des technologies de Moscou (DIT) en 2019 et étroitement liée à l’administration présidentielle. Elle était dirigée par Alexey Goreslavsky, ancien chef adjoint de la direction des projets publics de l’administration présidentielle (OPS). Vladimir Tabak en est le directeur général depuis le 1er décembre 2021. ANO Dialog diffuse de la propagande en ligne au sujet des territoires illégalement annexés en Ukraine. ANO Dialog fournit des instructions à la chaîne Telegram Readovka, qui publie de la désinformation au sujet de la guerre d’agression contre l’Ukraine, en appui à la propagande du Kremlin. ANO Dialog est liée au compte populaire sur Telegram de vérification de l’information (“fact-checking”) et à la rubrique “guerre contre les fausses informations” (“War on Fakes”) qui en dépend, dirigés par Timofey Vasiliev, chef du développement des domaines stratégiques d’ANO Dialog, qui diffuse de fausses informations et de la propagande sur la guerre d’agression russe contre l’Ukraine. Par conséquent, ANO Dialog apporte un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
