In his capacity as Director General of OAO "VO TPE", he led the negotiations with Siemens Gas Turbine Technologies OOO regarding the purchase and delivery of the gas turbines for a power plant in Taman, Krasnodar region, Russian Federation. He was later, as Director General of OOO "VO TPE", responsible for the transfer of the gas turbines to Crimea and for the implementation of the construction project of the thermal power plants Balaklava and Tavricheskaya, where the turbines were installed. This contributes to establishing an independent power supply for Crimea and Sevastopol as a means of supporting their separation from Ukraine, and undermines the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
En sa qualité de directeur général de OAO “VO TPE”, il a conduit les négociations avec Siemens Gas Turbine Technologies OOO concernant l’achat et la livraison des turbines à gaz pour une centrale électrique située à Taman (région de Krasnodar, Fédération de Russie). Il a ensuite été responsable, en tant que directeur général de OOO “VO TPE”, du transfert des turbines à gaz en Crimée et de la mise en œuvre du projet de construction des centrales thermiques Balaklava et Tavricheskaya, dans lesquelles les turbines ont été installées.
