Yan Vitalyevich LESHCHENKO

Yan Leshchenko is a deputy of the so-called “People’s Council” of the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic”. Leshchenko is also the regional coordinator of the actions of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine in the occupied territory of Luhansk. He has supported the war in actions and in public statements, including supporting specific attacks by Russia on Ukrainian territory. In taking on and acting in this capacity, he is supporting and implementing actions or policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Yan Leshchenko est député au soi-disant "Conseil populaire" de la soi-disant "République populaire de Louhansk". Leshchenko est également le coordinateur régional des actions de la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine sur le territoire occupé de Louhansk. Il a soutenu la guerre dans le cadre d'actions et de déclarations publiques, y compris à l'appui d'attaques spécifiques de la Russie sur le territoire ukrainien. En assumant cette fonction et en agissant en cette qualité, il soutient et met en œuvre des actions ou des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine.
