Therefore, it is responsible for supporting actions which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. It has also benefitted from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.

The “Russkiy Mir” Foundation was created, and has been financed, by the Government of the Russian Federation. It has been used by the Russian Federation to advance its interests in the post-Soviet countries.

The Russkiy Mir Foundation has disseminated pro-Kremlin and anti-Ukrainian propaganda, and justified Russia’s unprovoked and unjustified military aggression against Ukraine. In its official releases it supported the illegal annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol and the recognition of the separatist so-called “People’s Republics” in the Donbas region by the Russian Federation. Since July 2022, the foundation has published numerous articles in support of the annexation of Ukrainian territories on its official website.

Its official mandate is to promote the Russian language and culture worldwide but the Foundation has been used as an important influence tool by the Kremlin that is strongly promoting a Russia centric-agenda in the post-USSR states, rejecting Ukraine's legitimacy as a sovereign nation, and advocating for its unification with Russia.

La fondation “Russkiy Mir” a été créée et est financée par le gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie. Elle a été utilisée par la Fédération de Russie pour défendre ses intérêts dans les pays post-soviétiques. Son mandat officiel consiste à promouvoir la langue et la culture russes dans le monde, mais la fondation a été utilisée comme un important outil d’influence par le Kremlin, qui promeut fermement un programme centré sur la Russie dans les États post-URSS, rejette la légitimité de l’Ukraine en tant que nation souveraine et défend son unification avec la Russie. La fondation “Russkiy Mir” a diffusé de la propagande pro-Kremlin et anti-ukrainienne et justifié l’agression militaire non provoquée et injustifiée de la Russie contre l’Ukraine. Dans ses publications officielles, elle a soutenu l’annexion illégale de la Crimée et de Sébastopol et la reconnaissance par la Fédération de Russie des soi-disant Républiques populaires séparatistes dans la région du Donbass. Depuis juillet 2022, la fondation a publié sur son site internet officiel de nombreux articles en soutien à l’annexion des territoires ukrainiens. Par conséquent, elle est responsable de soutenir des actions qui compromettent ou menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine. Elle tire également avantage du gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l’annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l’Ukraine.
