Vladimir Vitalʹevich Bobkov

Vladimir Bobkov has been a Member of the so-called “Presidium of the Regional Political Council of the Republic of Crimea” of the United Russia Party and Deputy of the so-called “State Council of the Republic of Crimea” since September 2019. He oversees and supports policies aimed at implementing the legislation of the Russian Federation in illegally annexed Crimea, including in relation to language policy. He has also supported Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. In taking on and acting in this capacity, he is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Vladimir Bobkov est membre du soi-disant “Présidium du Conseil politique régional de la République de Crimée” du parti Russie unie et député du soi-disant “Conseil d’État de la République de Crimée” depuis septembre 2019. Il supervise et soutient des politiques visant à mettre en œuvre la législation de la Fédération de Russie en Crimée annexée illégalement, y compris en ce qui concerne la politique linguistique. Il a également soutenu la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. En assumant cette fonction et en agissant en cette qualité, il soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
