Amjad Youssef is a Warrant Officer in the Syrian Military Intelligence Directorate under the former al-Assad regime. He was a member of Branch 227 of the Military Intelligence Directorate of the former al-Assad regime on 13 April 2013, when he participated in the killing of at least 41 civilians in the town of Tadamon (“Tadamon massacre”). He is therefore responsible for the violent repression of the civilian population in Syria.
Amjad Youssef est adjudant à la direction du renseignement militaire syrien sous l'ancien régime d'al-Assad. Il a été membre de la branche 227 de la direction du renseignement militaire de l'ancien régime d'al-Assad le 13 avril 2013, date à laquelle il a participé au meurtre d'au moins 41 civils dans la ville de Tadamon (“massacre de Tadamon”). Il est donc responsable de la répression violente exercée contre la population civile en Syrie.
