Through a system of apparent change of ownership, he maintains control and influence over the business conducted by the OLMA Media Group, and in particular the publishing house “Enlightenment”, which is part of the OLMA Media Group and which, since 2022, has been directly involved in promoting Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. Oleg Tkach therefore supports and has implemented actions or policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
Ancien membre du Conseil de la Fédération ayant ratifié les décisions du gouvernement concernant le “traité d’amitié, de coopération et d’assistance mutuelle entre la Fédération de Russie et la République populaire de Donetsk” et le “traité d’amitié, de coopération et d’assistance mutuelle entre la Fédération de Russie et la République populaire de Louhansk”. Oleg Tkach est le fondateur de la maison d’édition OLMA, désormais dénommée OLMA Media Group. Grâce à un système de changement apparent de propriété, il continue à contrôler et influencer les activités menées par OLMA Media Group, et en particulier la maison d’édition “Enlightenment”, qui fait partie de OLMA Media Group et qui, depuis 2022, est impliquée directement dans la promotion de la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine.
