OJSC Machine-Building Plant Arsenal is a Russian military industry company. It fulfils Russian state defence orders and is engaged in the production of Lotos reconnaissance satellites and AK-176M naval guns. Lotos is used by the Russian Armed Forces in the war of aggression against Ukraine for target identification and AK-176M naval guns are installed in the Russian Navy ships that shell Ukrainian troops.

Lotos est utilisé par les forces armées russes dans la guerre d’agression qu’elles mènent contre l’Ukraine pour identifier des cibles et le canon naval AK-176M est installé sur les navires de la marine russe qui bombardent les troupes ukrainiennes. Par conséquent, OJSC Machine-Building Plant Arsenal apporte un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine. Par ailleurs, elle apporte un soutien matériel au gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l’annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l’Ukraine, et tire avantage de ce gouvernement.
