The owner company Elodie Shipping Ltd (Seychelles) and the manager company Wei Hai Yuan Jing Ship (China) operate only one tanker - IMO 9412452. The vessel is flying the flag of Panama, which is on the gray list of the Paris Memorandum of Understanding on State Port Control.
