| Description | During the G7 and EU oil embargo and price cap policy on russian oil / petroleum products, the tanker-bunkerer is involved in ensuring the export of russian oil / petroleum products from russian ports in the Baltic Sea. The vessel resorts to deceptive, high-risk shipping practices, including switching off its AIS in the Gulf of Finland. The tanker belongs to the fleet of Gazpromneft Marine Bunker LLC, a subsidiary of the sanctioned russian company Gazprom Neft PJSC. Gazpromneft Marine Bunker LLC is the operator of Gazprom Neft's bunker business, providing year-round supplies of marine fuels and lubricants for sea and river transport in the largest ports of the North-West, Black Sea, and Far East regions, as well as in the Arctic and on inland waterways. Since October 24, 2025, the EU has imposed sanctions on the vessel. | [sources] | |||
