Colonel Alexander Beloglazov is Head of the Vityaz Special Forces Center of the Russian Guard. He also took part in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, including the seizure of a strategically important facility. His actions are used by the Kremlin to spread propaganda on the ongoing war of aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, Colonel Alexander Beloglazov is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
