Andrei Konstantinovich Nekrashevich is the former Chief of the Belarusian Main Directorate of Combat Training of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, in office until 21 December 2022. He has been the Chairman of the Central Council of the republican State-public association the Voluntary Society of Assistance to the Army, the Air Force and the Navy (DOSAAF) of the Republic of Belarus since October 2023. He was part of the Belarusian army, which has supported the Russian military aggression against Ukraine of 24 February 2022. In his former position, he was responsible for overseeing the joint combat training of Belarusian Armed Forces and armed forces of foreign states. He publicly praised the joint Belarusian-Russian military exercises, which prepared and facilitated the Russian military aggression against Ukraine of 24 February 2022. He is therefore responsible for and actively supporting actions undermining the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, as well as stability and security in Ukraine.

Andrei Konstantinovich Nekrashevich est l’ancien chef de la principale direction biélorusse de formation au combat des forces armées de la République de Biélorussie, en fonction jusqu’au 21 décembre 2022. Il est le président du conseil central de l’association publique d’État républicaine “Société bénévole d’assistance à l’armée, l’aviation et la flotte” (DOSAAF) de la République de Biélorussie depuis octobre 2023. Il a appartenu à l’armée biélorusse, qui a soutenu l’agression militaire russe contre l’Ukraine du 24 février 2022. À ce titre, il a été responsable de la supervision de la formation au combat conjointe des forces armées biélorusses et des forces armées d’États étrangers. Il a publiquement salué les exercices militaires conjoints russo-biélorusses qui ont préparé et facilité l’agression militaire russe contre l’Ukraine du 24 février 2022. Il est donc responsable d’actions compromettant l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, ainsi que la stabilité et la sécurité en Ukraine, et soutient activement ces actions.
