Andrey Giba is the Deputy Head of the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation in Crimea and Sevastopol. In his position, he headed politically motivated investigations against political opponents in the illegally annexed Crimea and Sevastopol. He also conducted the investigations in the trials of journalist Vladyslav Yesypenko. In that context, he has been involved in the systematic persecution campaigns targeting the Crimean Tatar community for their religious beliefs. He is therefore supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Andrey Giba est le chef adjoint du département d'enquête du service fédéral de sécurité (FSB) de la Fédération de Russie en Crimée et à Sébastopol. En cette qualité, il a dirigé des enquêtes à motivation politique contre des opposants politiques en Crimée et à Sébastopol, illégalement annexées. Il a également mené les enquêtes dans le cadre des procès du journaliste Vladyslav Yesypenko. Dans ce contexte, il a participé aux campagnes de persécution systématique visant la communauté des Tatars de Crimée pour leurs convictions religieuses. Par conséquent, il soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine.
