Former Head of Department in the Energy Ministry of the Russian Federation and responsible within the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation for the development of electro-energetic projects in Crimea. These projects contribute to establishing an independent power supply for Crimea and Sevastopol as a means of supporting their separation from Ukraine, and undermine the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
Président depuis 2020 du conseil d’administration de la société par actions “Krymenergo”, active dans le secteur de l’énergie et des ressources naturelles. Ancien chef de service au ministère de l’énergie de la Fédération de Russie et responsable, au sein du ministère de l’énergie de la Fédération de Russie, du développement de projets d’énergie électrique en Crimée. Ces projets contribuent à établir une source d’approvisionnement en électricité indépendante pour la Crimée et Sébastopol afin de soutenir leur séparation de l’Ukraine, et compromettent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
