Denis Sergeyevich CHERNOBAY

Denis Chernobay is the Chairman of the so-called “Donetsk People Republic” branch of the All-Russian public-state movement of children and youth “Movement of the First”, an entity listed by the Union. In his position, Denis Chernobay has been actively engaged in organising educational activities aimed at the militarisation of education and promoting Russian Federation propaganda in the illegally occupied region of Ukraine of Donetsk. In his position, he has also provided support to the Russian military in the illegally occupied territories of Ukraine. Therefore, Denis Chernobay is supporting actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and stability and security in Ukraine.
