Ioffe de physique et de technologie ("institut Ioffe") est une institution russe financée par l'État de développement et de fabrication dans les domaines de la microélectronique, de l'optique et de la physique technique. Il accomplit des tâches essentielles dans le développement d'une base de composants au niveau national dans le domaine de l'optoélectronique, en particulier des lasers destinés à diverses applications.
