Yulia Klymenko is the leader of the “Yug Molodoy” movement and chairperson of the regional wing of the “Young Guard” of President Putin’s “United Russia” party. In her capacity as the leader of the “Yug Molodoy” movement, she collaborates with the occupying Russian authorities, promotes pro-Russian narratives, and aims to impose Russian culture on children and youth by actively engaging and leading projects that portray the occupied areas of Ukraine as part of the Russian Federation. She also supported the referendum on annexation of the Zaporizhzhia region by the Russian Federation. Therefore, she is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Yulia Klymenko est la cheffe du mouvement “Youg Molodoï” et la présidente de la branche régionale de la “jeune garde” du parti “Russie unie” du président Poutine. En sa qualité de cheffe du mouvement “Youg Molodoï”, elle collabore avec les autorités russes occupantes, promeut des discours pro-russes et cherche à imposer la culture russe aux enfants et aux jeunes en s’engageant activement et en menant des projets qui présentent les parties occupées de l’Ukraine comme faisant partie de la Fédération de Russie. Elle a également soutenu la tenue du référendum sur l’annexion de la région de Zaporijjia par la Fédération de Russie. Par conséquent, elle soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
