LLC “Automation and Programming Technologies” (LLC TAiP) was founded in 2005. It specialises in the development of radio electronic equipment and microelectronics for various purposes. The main areas of scientific and production activities of LLC TAiP are: development and manufacture of receiving and transmitting devices in the range from 1 MHz to 40 GHz; development of special software; development and production of antenna devices and complexes; and development and production of radio electronic devices. LLC TAiP has developed anti-drone systems “Harpoon”: “Harpoon-1”, “Harpoon-2M”, “Harpoon-3”, and is developing a compact version of the system. All models of the “Harpoon” system are actively used by Russian troops during Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, LLC Automation and Programming Technologies is responsible for supporting materially actions which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Furthermore, it is supporting materially the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the destabilisation of Ukraine.

LLC “Automation and Programming Technologies” (ci-après dénommée “LLC TAiP”) a été fondée en 2005. Elle est spécialisée dans le développement d'équipements électroniques radio et dans la microélectronique à diverses fins. Les principaux domaines d'activité scientifique et de production de LLC TAiP sont les suivants: développement et fabrication de dispositifs de réception et de transmission dans la gamme de 1 MHz à 40 GHz; développement de logiciels spéciaux; développement et production de dispositifs et de complexes d'antenne; et développement et production de dispositifs électroniques radio. LLC TAiP a mis au point le système antidrone “Harpoon”: “Harpoon-1”, “Harpoon-2M”, “Harpoon-3” et la version compacte du système est également en cours de développement. Tous les modèles du système “Harpoon” sont activement utilisés par les troupes russes dans la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine. Par conséquent, LLC Automation and Programming Technologies est responsable du soutien matériel apporté aux actions qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine. De plus, elle apporte un soutien matériel au gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de la déstabilisation de l'Ukraine
