Nikita Stasishin is the Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation, in charge of the Department of Housing Policy and the Department of Integrated Development of Territories. He is in charge of implementing the policy of the Ministry of Construction in the annexed regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson. Subsidies from the federal budget of the Russian Government are channelled through the Ministry of Construction in order to strengthen the “redevelopment” of the Ukrainian regions currently under Russian control. In his position as Deputy Minister, Nikita Stasishin is implementing policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Nikita Stasishin est le vice-ministre de la construction, du logement et des services publics de la Fédération de Russie, chargé du département de la politique du logement ainsi que du département du développement intégré des territoires. Il est chargé de la mise en œuvre de la politique du ministère de la construction dans les régions annexées de Donetsk, Louhansk, Zaporijjia et Kherson. Les subventions du budget fédéral du gouvernement russe sont acheminées par l'intermédiaire du ministère de la construction afin de renforcer le “redéveloppement” des régions ukrainiennes actuellement sous contrôle russe. Dans le cadre de ses fonctions de vice-ministre, Nikita Stasishin met en œuvre des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine.
