Judge of the Supreme Court of Belarus, former Judge at the court of the Moskovsky district of Minsk

In her former position as judge of the Moskovsky district of Minsk, Sviatlana Bandarenka was responsible for numerous politically-motivated rulings. She sentenced several Belarusian citizens for participating in protests and publishing anti-government comments on Telegram. She also sentenced the journalist Ekaterina Borisevich and the emergency hospital doctor Artyom Sorokin for disclosing medical secrets about Roman Bondarenko, who was beaten to death by the security forces. She is therefore responsible for serious human rights violations and for seriously undermining the rule of law, as well as for the repression of civil society and democratic opposition in Belarus. She was appointed by Lukashenka as judge of the Supreme Court of Belarus.

Dans ses anciennes fonctions de juge du district de Moskovski à Minsk, Sviatlana Bandarenka a été responsable de nombreuses décisions judiciaires motivées par des considérations politiques. Elle a prononcé des condamnations contre plusieurs citoyens biélorusses pour avoir participé à des manifestations et publié des commentaires en opposition au gouvernement sur Telegram. Elle a également condamné la journaliste Ekaterina Borisevich et le médecin urgentiste Artyom Sorokin pour avoir divulgué des secrets médicaux concernant Roman Bondarenko, qui a été battu à mort par les forces de sécurité. Elle est donc responsable de graves violations des droits de l’homme et de graves atteintes à l’État de droit, ainsi que de la répression de la société civile et de l’opposition démocratique en Biélorussie. Elle a été nommée par Loukachenka juge à la Cour suprême de Biélorussie.

Obywatelka Białorusi Sviatlana Bandarenka jest wiceprzewodniczącą i sędzią Moskiewskiego Sądu Rejonowego w Mińsku, zaangażowaną w masowe łamanie praw człowieka na Białorusi. Z informacji posiadanych przez Agencję Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego wynika, że wjazd i pobyt obywatelki Białorusi stanowią zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa państwa. Dotychczasowa aktywność wymienionej osoby sytuuje ją jako zwolennika reżimu Aleksandra Łukaszenki. Taka postawa w obliczu rosyjskich działań wojennych na Ukrainie, wsparcia logistycznego i politycznego udzielonego Moskwie przez władze białoruskie, a także toczonej wobec Rzeczypospolitej wojny hybrydowej stwarza poważne ryzyko prowokacji lub wywołania incydentów skutkujących uszczerbkiem dla pozycji międzynarodowej RP.
