JSC Design Bureau of Instrument-Making Named After Academic A. G. Shipunov (JSC KBP) is one of the oldest enterprises in the Russian defence complex. It develops a wide variety of heavy military equipment including Kornet anti-tank weapons, Krasnopol missiles, and Tunguska and Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft systems. JSC KBP belongs to the Russian state corporation Rostec. JSC KBP develops and modifies weapons and missile systems according to the combat experiences in Ukraine. Kornet anti-tank weapons, Krasnopol missiles, and Tunguska and Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft systems are extensively used in Russia’s war against Ukraine. Military equipment developed and upgraded by JSC KBP provides crucial fighting and firepower capabilities to the Russian Armed Forces. Therefore, JSC KBP is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
