Major General Andrei Lukyanovich is a military pilot, Commander of the Belarusian Air Force and Air Defence Forces/Chief of Aviation of Belarus, and Commander of military unit 06752/Machulishchi airfield. In this capacity, he participated in the joint military exercises of Russia and Belarus preceding the military build-up at the Ukrainian border which prepared the military aggression against Ukraine of 24 February 2022. He is part of the Belarusian army, which has supported Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. He is therefore responsible for and actively supporting actions undermining the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, as well as stability and security in Ukraine.

Le général de division Andrei Lukyanovich est pilote militaire, commandant de l’armée de l’air et des forces de défense aérienne biélorusses/chef de l’aviation biélorusse, et commandant de l’unité militaire 06752/aérodrome de Machulishchi. En cette qualité, il a participé aux exercices militaires conjoints russo-biélorusses qui ont précédé le renforcement des forces militaires à la frontière ukrainienne, en prélude à l’agression militaire contre l’Ukraine du 24 février 2022. Il appartient à l’armée biélorusse, qui a soutenu la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. Il est donc responsable d’actions compromettant l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, ainsi que la stabilité et la sécurité en Ukraine, et soutient activement ces actions.
