Vladislav Golovin is the Chief of General Staff of the All-Russia “Young Army” Military Patriotic Social Movement (Yunarmiya). He takes an active part in the militarisation of Ukrainian children in the illegally occupied territories of Ukraine. He also spreads pro-Russian sentiments as well as anti-Ukrainian narratives, and encourages children to join Yunarmiya. He actively participated in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, including by leading Russian forces during their capture of the city of Mariupol. Therefore, Vladislav Golovin is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Furthermore, he is associated with Yunarmiya.

Vladislav Golovin est le chef d'état-major du mouvement social patriotique militaire panrusse de l'“armée des jeunes” (Younarmia). Il participe activement à la militarisation des enfants ukrainiens dans les territoires ukrainiens occupés illégalement. Il propage par ailleurs les sentiments pro-russes et des discours anti-ukrainiens, et encourage les enfants à rejoindre la Younarmia. Il a participé activement à la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine, notamment en commandant les forces russes lors de la prise de la ville de Marioupol par celles-ci. Par conséquent, Vladislav Golovin soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine.
