Mikalai Rahashchuk is a Deputy Head of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate. The Directorate is a Belarusian government body subordinated directly to Aliaksandr Lukashenka. The Directorate started as a small unit managing inventory, logistics and welfare for government agencies, and has since evolved into the largest operator of non-residential real estate and of lotteries in Belarus. It thereby generates revenue for the regime. As Deputy Head of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate, Mikalai Rahashchuk supports the Lukashenka regime. He is also associated with Synesis LLC and the Directorate’s subsidiaries: GHU – Main Economic Department of the Presidential Administration, Republican unitary enterprise “Tsentrkurort” (now merged with BelExpo), Republican subsidiary unitary enterprise “Hotel Minsk”, Open Joint Stock Company “Hotel Planeta”, Republican unitary enterprise Belorusskiye Loterei.

He is therefore responsible for and actively supporting actions undermining the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, as well as stability and security in Ukraine. Nikolai Rogashchuk is deputy chief of staff to the president Aliksandr Lukashenka. He is former presidential aide to Aliksandr Lukashenka and the inspector for the Gomel region. In this function, he provided support for the joint Russian-Belarussian military exercises which prepared the Russian military aggression against Ukraine of 24 February 2022.

Nikolai Rogashchuk est chef adjoint du cabinet du président Aliksandr Lukashenka. Il est ancien conseiller du président Aliksandr Lukashenka et inspecteur pour la région de Gomel. En cette qualité, il a apporté un soutien aux exercices militaires conjoints russo-biélorusses en prélude à l’agression militaire russe contre l’Ukraine du 24 février 2022. Il est donc responsable d’actions compromettant l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, ainsi que la stabilité et la sécurité en Ukraine, et soutient activement ces actions.

Mikalai Rahashchuk est l’un des directeurs adjoints de la direction de la gestion des propriétés du président de la Biélorussie. La direction est une instance gouvernementale biélorusse relevant directement d’Aliaksandr Loukachenka. La direction a débuté ses activités en tant qu’unité de taille limitée gérant les inventaires, la logistique et les actifs d’agences gouvernementales et est depuis devenue le plus grand opérateur d’immobilier non résidentiel et de loteries en Biélorussie. Elle génère donc des revenus pour le régime. En tant que directeur adjoint de la direction de la gestion des propriétés du président de la Biélorussie, Mikalai Rahashchuk soutient le régime de Loukachenka. Il est également associé à Synesis LLC et aux filiales ci-après de la direction: GHU — Office central économique de l’administration présidentielle, Entreprise unitaire républicaine “Tsentrkurort” (à présent fusionnée avec BelExpo), Filiale unitaire républicaine “Hotel Minsk”, Société par actions ouverte “Hotel Planeta”, Entreprise unitaire républicaine “Belorusskiye Loterei”.
