Descriptions

Vladimir Mashkov is a Russian actor, director and screenwriter who actively supported Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. He officially endorsed President Vladimir Putin's bid for re-election in 2018 and served as his elections representative. He was nominated for the position of member of the Presidential Council for Culture and Art. He also backed the illegal annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol and the recognition of the so-called separatist People’s Republics in Donbas by Russia. He performed during the propaganda rally in support for the illegal annexation of Crimea and the war against Ukraine, which took place on 18 Mar 2022 at Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow. Moreover, he installed the “Z” military symbol, which has been employed by Russian propaganda to promote Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, on the facade of the Oleg Tabakov theatre in Moscow. Therefore, he is responsible for actively supporting or implementing actions or policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, or stability or security in Ukraine.

Vladimir Mashkov est un acteur, réalisateur et scénariste russe, qui a activement soutenu la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine. Il a officiellement soutenu la candidature à la réélection du président Vladimir Poutine en 2018 et a joué pour celui-ci le rôle de représentant pour les élections. Il a été désigné pour le poste de membre du Conseil présidentiel pour la culture et l'art. Il a également soutenu l'annexion illégale de la Crimée et de Sébastopol ainsi que la reconnaissance par la Russie des soi-disant "Républiques populaires" séparatistes du Donbass. Il s'est produit lors du rassemblement de propagande en faveur de l'annexion illégale de la Crimée et de la guerre contre l'Ukraine, qui a eu lieu le 18 mars 2022 au stade de Luzhniki, à Moscou. En outre, il a apposé le symbole militaire "Z", qui a été utilisé par la propagande russe pour promouvoir l'invasion de l'Ukraine par la Russie, sur la façade du théâtre Oleg Tabakov à Moscou.
