Andrey Mordvichev

Lieutenant General Andrey Mordvichev is the Commander of the Central Military District of the Russian Federation since 17 Feb 2023. Under his command and control, the Russian Armed Forces, including troops of the Central Military District, are engaged in fighting in Ukraine. In taking on and acting in this capacity, Lieutenant General Andrey Mordvichev is responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
