So-called ‘mayor’ of the city of Enerhodar in Ukraine
Former so-called mayor of Enerhodar. Organised the creation of “a council of self-organisation” of the city of Enerhodar on 27 March 2022, which was not supported by the Ukrainian authorities. In his former capacity, he was responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and stability and security in Ukraine.
Ancien soi-disant “maire” d’Enerhodar. Le 27 mars 2022, il a lancé la création d’un “conseil d’auto-organisation de la ville” d’Enerhodar, sans le soutien des autorités ukrainiennes. En son ancienne qualité, il était responsable de l’apport d’un soutien et de la mise en œuvre d’actions et de politiques compromettant et menaçant l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine ainsi que la stabilité et la sécurité en Ukraine.
