Sergey Lukin is a member of the Voronezh Oblast Duma as of September 2025. He is a former member of the Federation Council who on 4 October 2022 ratified the four treaties between the Russian Federation and the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic”, the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic”, the Zaporizhzhia region, and the Kherson region, and their admission to the Russian Federation. Therefore, Sergey Lukin has supported and implemented actions and policies, which undermine the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and further destabilised Ukraine.
Sergey Lukin est député à la Douma de l’oblast de Voronej depuis septembre 2025. Ancien membre du Conseil de la Fédération de Russie, il a, le 4 octobre 2022, ratifié les quatre traités entre la Fédération de Russie et la soi-disant “République populaire de Donetsk”, la soi-disant “République populaire de Louhansk”, la région de Zaporijjia et la région de Kherson, ainsi que leur admission dans la Fédération de Russie.
