Leonid Romanov is a director general of the Evgeny Primakov Children’s Aid Foundation, which implements the project “Children of Donbas”, under which Ukrainian children from Donbas are being relocated to the territory of the illegally annexed Crimea and Russia. One of the goals of the “Children of Donbas” project is to integrate children from the Donbas region of Ukraine into life in Russia. He participated in the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children from Donbas to a camp in Yevpatoria in the illegally annexed Crimea. The Evgeny Primakov Children’s Aid Foundation under his management has been involved in running two centers located near Moscow, where children from Donbas are accommodated and schooled. His actions infringe Ukraine’s law and administrative order, and violate the rights of Ukrainian children. Therefore, Leonid Romanov is responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Leonid Romanov est directeur général de la fondation pour l’aide à l’enfance Evgeny Primakov, qui met en œuvre le projet "Children of Donbas", dans le cadre duquel des enfants ukrainiens du Donbass sont transférés vers le territoire de la Crimée illégalement annexée et de la Russie. L’un des objectifs du projet "Children of Donbas" est d’intégrer les enfants de la région ukrainienne du Donbass à la vie en Russie. Il a participé à la déportation illégale d’enfants ukrainiens du Donbass vers un camp de Yevpatoria, en Crimée illégalement annexée. La fondation pour l’aide à l’enfance Evgeny Primakov, placée sous sa direction, a assuré la gestion de deux centres situés à proximité de Moscou, où des enfants du Donbass sont hébergés et scolarisés. Par ses actes, il enfreint la loi et l’ordre administratif ukrainiens et viole les droits des enfants ukrainiens. Par conséquent, Leonid Romanov est responsable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
