Vyacheslav Boguslayev

Vyacheslav Boguslayev is a prominent shareholder of Losiny Ostrov LLC, a Russian company which is the majority shareholder of Borisfen JSC, which is in turn a Russian company active in the area of the repair and maintenance of aircraft, including space vehicles. Losiny Ostrov LLC is also a shareholder in Helicopter Complexes and Multifunctional Systems LLC (aka: VKMS LLC) and in Aviaremont-MS LLC, two Russian companies active in the field of aviation. Vyacheslav Boguslayev is therefore a businessperson involved in an economic sector, the aviation sector, which provides a substantial source of revenues to the Government of the Russian Federation. Vyacheslav Boguslayev is a former Ukrainian deputy of the pro-Russian party of regions and former President of the company JSC MOTOR SICH, a Ukrainian aircraft engine manufacturer. He is responsible for supplying engines to the Russian army to produce and repair combat helicopters (Mi-8, Mi24, Mi28 and Ka-52), which have been used extensively in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, especially at the beginning of the war. He continued to provide military equipment to Russian troops despite the war, and remains supportive of the Russian armed forces.
