Therefore, Alexander Kolmakov is responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Alexander Kolmakov is a member of the working group established by President Putin in Dec 2022 that is tasked with coordinating the mobilization efforts of the Russian Federation to support its war of aggression against Ukraine. Beyond his role in the working group he serves as the chairman of the all-Russian public-state organisation “Voluntary Society for Assistance to the Army, Aviation and Navy of Russia” which acts as link between Russian military and society by facilitating the recruitment of young people into the military reserves.

Alexander Kolmakov est membre du groupe de travail créé par le président Poutine en décembre 2022 chargé de coordonner les efforts de mobilisation de la Fédération de Russie pour soutenir sa guerre d’agression contre l’Ukraine. Outre son rôle au sein de ce groupe de travail, il préside l’organisation publique panrusse "Voluntary Society for Assistance to the Army, Aviation and Navy of Russia", qui assure le lien entre l’armée russe et la société en facilitant le recrutement de jeunes dans les réserves militaires. Par conséquent, Alexander Kolmakov est responsable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
