Aleh Haidukevich is the Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on International Affairs in the House of Representatives of the National Assembly, and member of the delegation of the National Assembly for contacts with the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. He made public statements, applauding diverting passenger flight FR4978 to Minsk on 23 May 2021. This politically motivated decision was done without proper justification and was aimed at arresting and detaining opposition journalist Raman Pratasevich and Sofia Sapega and is a form of repression against civil society and democratic opposition in Belarus. Additionally, Aleh Haidukevich made public statements suggesting that Belarusian opposition leaders may be detained abroad and transported to Belarus “in a car trunk”, thus supporting the ongoing crackdown of security forces on Belarusian democratic opposition and journalists. Aleh Haidukevich is the chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus, which supports Lukashenka. He is therefore supporting the Lukashenka regime.

Aleh Haïdoukevitch est vice-président de la commission permanente des affaires internationales à la Chambre des représentants de l’Assemblée nationale et membre de la délégation de l’Assemblée nationale pour les contacts avec l’Assemblée parlementaire du Conseil de l’Europe. Il a fait des déclarations publiques, se félicitant du détournement du vol de passagers FR4978 vers Minsk le 23 mai 2021. Cette décision, motivée par des considérations politiques, a été prise sans justification valable et visait à arrêter et à détenir le journaliste de l’opposition Raman Pratassevitch et Sofia Sapega et constitue une forme de répression contre la société civile et l’opposition démocratique en Biélorussie. En outre, Aleh Haïdoukevitch a fait des déclarations publiques suggérant que des dirigeants de l’opposition biélorusse pourraient être détenus à l’étranger et transportés en Biélorussie “dans un coffre de voiture”, soutenant ainsi la répression des forces de sécurité qui s’abat actuellement sur l’opposition démocratique biélorusse et les journalistes. Aleh Haïdoukevitch est le président du parti libéral-démocrate de Biélorussie, qui soutient Loukachenka. Il soutient donc le régime de Loukachenka.

Taka postawa w obliczu rosyjskich działań wojennych na Ukrainie, wsparcia logistycznego i politycznego udzielonego Moskwie przez władze białoruskie, a także toczonej wobec Rzeczypospolitej wojny hybrydowej stwarza poważne ryzyko prowokacji lub wywołania incydentów skutkujących uszczerbkiem dla pozycji międzynarodowej RP.
