This list is maintained by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). It includes entities for which the U.S. government has been unable to verify the legitimacy of end-users in export transactions. The inclusion on this list indicates that further due diligence is required before engaging in transactions with these entities to prevent diversion to unauthorized end uses or users.

The Consolidated Screening List (CSL) is a list of parties for which the United States Government maintains restrictions on certain exports, re-exports, or transfers of items.
Sanctions programs are created by governments and international organisations to impose measures on entities in response to specific events or situations.
They are bundled into data sources that are imported into the OpenSanctions database.
