Mkrtich Okroyan is the Chief Designer at Russian company Soyuz, an entity of Russia’s military-industrial complex, and shareholder in and board member of OJSC Balashikha Casting and Mechanical Plant, a contracted supplier of the Russian Armed Forces. Both those companies produce weapons, which Russia uses against Ukraine in the course of its war of aggression against Ukraine. In taking on and acting in this capacity, he is supporting and implementing actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and stability and security in Ukraine.
