Scientific and Production Association ‘Strela’, РJSC, is a specialised enterprise engaged in the development and manufacture of radar equipment for the surveillance and detection of ground and sea surface targets. The enterprise is engaged in development and manufacture of: battlefield surveillance radars, weapon-locating radars, artillery muzzle velocity radars, weapon control radars, air-borne equipment for air defence surface-to-air missiles, civilian radar security systems. The association is part of the Russian state-owned Almaz- Antey Air Defence Concern and is the head organisation for coordinating activities in the assigned area of technology. It also should be noted that the Almaz-Antey Concern belongs to the Federal Agency for State Property Management. The company develops and produces a counter-battery (artillery-locating) radar complex Zoopark-1M, mobile radar reconnaissance ground station SNAR-10M1, special combat reconnaissance vehicle SBRM Tigr (‘Tiger’) and other military products, which are used/were used by Russia during the illegal invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Thus, the РJSC Scientific and Production Association ‘Strela’ is responsible for supporting materially or financially actions, which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

L’Association scientifique et de production "Strela", société par actions cotée, est une entreprise spécialisée dans le développement et la fabrication de matériel radar destiné à la surveillance et à la détection de cibles au sol et à la surface de la mer. L’entreprise exerce des activités de développement et de fabrication de radars de surveillance du champ de bataille, radars de localisation d’armes, radars de mesure de la vitesse initiale d’artillerie, radars de contrôle d’armes, équipements embarqués pour missiles de défense aérienne sol-air, systèmes de sécurité radar civile. L’association fait partie de l’entreprise publique russe Almaz-Antey Air Defense Concern et est l’organisation centrale chargée de la coordination des activités dans le domaine de technologie qui lui est assigné. Il convient également de préciser que l’entreprise Almaz-Antey Concern appartient à l’Agence fédérale pour la gestion des biens publics. L’entreprise développe et produit le complexe radar de contre-batterie (reconnaissance d’artillerie) Zoopark-1M, la station au sol mobile de reconnaissance radar SNAR-10M1, le véhicule spécial de reconnaissance de combat SBRM Tigr ("Tiger") et d’autres produits militaires, qui sont utilisés/ont été utilisés par la Russie pendant l’invasion illégale de l’Ukraine en 2022.
