Function: Chairman of the Council of the Regional Branch of “Movement of the First” of the Kherson Region

Nazariy Domanin is the Chairman of the Council of the Regional Branch of “Movement of the First” of the Kherson Region. In his position, he is responsible for implementing policies and ideas that support Russian annexation of the occupied territories of Ukraine. The “Movement of the First” was established in Russia with the backing and under the supervision of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The organisation, using its own television and radio broadcasting capabilities, aims to carry forward the traditions of the Soviet pioneers and actively contribute to the patriotic upbringing of Russian society as well as developing anti-Ukrainian sentiments in children from the territories illegally occupied by the Russian Federation. Therefore, Nazariy Domanin is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Nazariy Domanin est le président du conseil de la section régionale du “Mouvement des Premiers” de la région de Kherson. En cette qualité, il est responsable de mettre en œuvre des politiques et des idées qui soutiennent l’annexion russe des territoires occupés de l’Ukraine. Le “Mouvement des Premiers” a été créé en Russie avec le soutien et sous la supervision du président de la Fédération de Russie, Vladimir Poutine. L’organisation, utilisant ses propres installations de télévision et de radiodiffusion, s’emploie à perpétuer les traditions des pionniers soviétiques et à contribuer activement à l’éducation patriotique de la société russe ainsi qu’au développement de sentiments anti-ukrainiens chez les enfants des territoires illégalement occupés par la Fédération de Russie. Par conséquent, Nazariy Domanin soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
