The Union of Donbas Volunteers is a paramilitary organisation that is actively fighting in the war of aggression against Ukraine on behalf of the Russian Federation. The paramilitary organisation combat units contracted with the Russian Ministry of Defence and its members were tasked with providing direct support for Russian military actions. Additionally, the Union of Donbas Volunteers has performed reconnaissance operations such as intelligence-gathering and scouting for Russian forces, including identifying locations for Russian military strikes against targets in Ukraine. Therefore, the Union of Donbas Volunteers is supporting materially actions which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

L'Union des volontaires du Donbass est une organisation paramilitaire qui participe activement à la guerre d'agression contre l'Ukraine pour le compte de la Fédération de Russie. Les unités de combat de cette organisation paramilitaire sous contrat avec le ministère russe de la défense et ses membres ont été chargés d'apporter un soutien direct aux actions militaires russes. En outre, l'Union des volontaires du Donbass a mené des opérations de reconnaissance, notamment des opérations de renseignement et de repérage pour les forces russes, y compris afin d'identifier des cibles pour les frappes militaires russes en Ukraine. Par conséquent, l'Union des volontaires du Donbass apporte un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent ou menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine
