Il est également responsable d'entretenir le conflit armé, l'instabilité et l'insécurité en RDC. Protogène RUVUGAYIMIKORE supervise la formation et le recrutement des combattants d'une entité désignée et travaille directement avec le “général de corps d'armée” Gaston IYAMUREMYE et le “Général” Pacifique NTAWUNGUKA.
