[GB-DRC] UK sanctions relating to the Democratic Republic of the Congo JSON

Gives effect in the United Kingdom to the UN Security Council's Democratic Republic of the Congo sanctions regime established by Resolution 1533, targeting armed groups operating in the DRC and those who support them or violate the arms embargo. Designated persons are subject to an asset freeze, and designated individuals are banned from entering or transiting the UK. The supply of military goods and technology, and related technical, financing and brokering services, to non-governmental persons operating in the DRC is prohibited.
