“Movement of the First” is a state-led youth organisation in the Russian Federation, which was created in December 2022 at the initiative of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to provide educational activities, including of militarised nature, for children between the ages of 6 to 18, based on “traditional Russian spiritual and moral goals”. The children who are members of the movement have meetings with the soldiers who have fought in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, send cards and letters of support to soldiers and also prepare equipment to be used on the battlefield, and learn how to handle drones. Additionally, the movement has organised war games for the children, which replicate and simulate battle situations. These activities are undertaken in all Russian regions as well as in illegally annexed Crimea, and the illegally occupied territories of Ukraine of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. As such, the Movement through its various programmes is re-educating Ukrainian children, including those deported to Russia illegally. Therefore, Movement of the First is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and stability and security in Ukraine.

site internet : https://будьвдвижении.рф -Le “Mouvement des Premiers” est une organisation de jeunesse étatique de la Fédération de Russie, qui a été créée en décembre 2022 à l’initiative du président de la Fédération de Russie Vladimir Poutine pour proposer des activités éducatives, notamment de nature militarisée, aux enfants âgés de 6 à 18 ans, fondées sur “des objectifs spirituels et moraux traditionnels russes”. Les enfants qui sont membres du mouvement rencontrent les soldats ayant combattu dans la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine, envoient des cartes postales et des lettres de soutien aux soldats et, en outre, préparent des équipements destinés à être utilisés sur le champ de bataille et apprennent à manipuler des drones. De surcroît, le mouvement a organisé des jeux de guerre pour les enfants, qui reproduisent et simulent des situations de combat. Ces activités sont menées dans toutes les régions russes ainsi qu’en Crimée illégalement annexée et dans les territoires ukrainiens illégalement occupés des régions de Donetsk, Louhansk, Kherson et Zaporijjia. Ainsi, par ses différents programmes, le mouvement rééduque les enfants ukrainiens, notamment ceux qui ont été déportés illégalement vers la Russie. Par conséquent, le “Mouvement des Premiers” apporte un soutien matériel aux actions qui compromettent ou menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, et la stabilité et la sécurité de l’Ukraine.
