The Akmat Kadyrov Foundation carries out re-education programmes for Ukrainian children and teenagers, subjecting them to militaristic training with the intent of alienating them from their home country and relatives. Furthermore, the Akmat Kadyrov Foundation provides financial incentives to the families of the Chechen fighters involved in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine to attract new volunteers and keep those already fighting motivated. Since the beginning of the war of aggression, the Akmat Kadyrov Foundation has provided food and technical equipment to Russian and separatist fighters in Ukraine. The Akmat Kadyrov Foundation is therefore supporting, materially and financially, actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Furthermore, the Akmat Kadyrov Foundation is conducting transactions with the separatist groups in the Donbas region of Ukraine. It is also associated with Ramzan Akhmadovitch Kadyrov and Aimani Nesievna Kadyrova.

La Fondation Akmat Kadyrov (“Kadyrov Foundation”) mène des programmes de rééducation pour les enfants et adolescents ukrainiens, soumettant ceux-ci à une formation militaire dans le but de les aliéner de leur pays d'origine et de leurs familles.
