JSC GTLK is a Russian state-owned enterprise overseen by the Russian Ministry of Transportation. GTLK operates in air, sea and rail transport, passenger transport, automotive and special equipment for domestic companies in the transport industry, and carries out investment activities to develop Russia’s transport infrastructure. It is the largest transportation leasing company in Russia. In 2020, GTLK’s lease portfolio was valued at RUB 1.3 billion, and it has subsidiary companies in the Middle East, Asia and Europe. GTLK has set itself the goal of creating a fleet of drones, imported from China, to carry out aerial surveillance missions. GTLK is a legal entity, financially supporting and benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.

JSC GTLK est une entreprise publique russe supervisée par le ministère russe des transports. GTLK exerce des activités dans les domaines du transport aérien, maritime et ferroviaire, du transport de passagers, de l’automobile et des équipements spéciaux pour des entreprises nationales du secteur des transports, et mène des activités d’investissement pour développer les infrastructures de transport de la Russie. Il s’agit de la plus grande société de crédit-bail de transport en Russie. En 2020, le portefeuille de contrats de location de GTLK a été évalué à 1,3 milliard de roubles et GTLK compte différentes sociétés filiales au Moyen-Orient, en Asie et en Europe. GTLK s’est fixé pour objectif de créer une flotte de drones (importés de Chine) pour effectuer des missions de surveillance aérienne. GTLK est une entité légale apportant un soutien financier au gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l’annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l’Ukraine, et tirant avantage de ce gouvernement.
