Denis Sergeevich Kurashov served as Deputy Minister, and since May 2023 as Minister of Communications of the so-called “People’s Republic of Donetsk” (DPR). As part of the so-called government of the illegally annexed Oblast of Donetsk, he is involved in separatist activities and responsible for the organisation of a referendum for Donetsk to become a part of Russia. Therefore, he is responsible for, supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

En tant que membre du soi-disant gouvernement de l’oblast de Donetsk illégalement annexé, il participe à des activités séparatistes et est responsable de l’organisation d’un référendum visant à ce que Donetsk fasse partie de la Russie. Il est donc responsable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent ou menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
