Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution International Children’s Centre “Artek” has been under the control of Russia’s Ministry of Education since the illegal annexation of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol in 2014. Since the beginning of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine in 2022, it has been organising camps for children from Ukraine, including from the occupied territories of Kherson, Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia. In those camps, children prepare supportive materials for Russian soldiers participating in the war. In some cases, Ukrainian children have not been allowed to return home and have been pushed to show their support for Russia. Therefore, the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution International Children’s Center “Artek” is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Le Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution International children's centre “Artek” (centre international pour enfants “Artek”, établissement d'enseignement relevant du budget de l'État fédéral) est placé sous le contrôle du ministère russe de l'éducation depuis l'annexion illégale de la Crimée et de la ville de Sébastopol en 2014. Depuis le début de la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine en 2022, il organise des camps d'enfants ukrainiens, y compris à partir des territoires occupés de Kherson, Donetsk, Louhansk et Zaporijjia. Dans ces camps, les enfants préparent du matériel de soutien aux soldats russes participant à la guerre. Dans certains cas, les enfants ukrainiens n'ont pas été autorisés à rentrer chez eux et ont été poussés à manifester leur soutien à la Russie. Par conséquent, le Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution International children's centre “Artek” apporte un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine.
