[CH-FIAA-EG] Ordinance on the Freezing of Assets in Connection with Egypt (SR 196.123.21) JSONFroze the Swiss-held assets of former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak and members of his family and entourage under the Foreign Illicit Assets Act, in support of Egyptian criminal proceedings and mutual legal assistance. After the Egyptian judiciary dropped the underlying criminal cases, the Federal Council lifted the freeze on 20 December 2017.
