[CH-FIAA-UA] Ordinance on the Freezing of Assets in Connection with Ukraine (SR 196.127.67) JSONFroze the Swiss-held assets of former Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych and members of his entourage under the Foreign Illicit Assets Act, in support of Ukrainian criminal proceedings and mutual legal assistance. The ordinance expired on 27 February 2023 after the Federal Council opened administrative confiscation proceedings covering over CHF 130 million in assets frozen in Switzerland, which keep those assets blocked pending the courts' decision.
