[CH-FIAA-VE] Ordinance on the Freezing of Assets in Connection with Venezuela (SR 196.127.85) JSONFreezes the Swiss-held assets of former Venezuelan president Nicolás Maduro and members of his family and entourage under the Foreign Illicit Assets Act, imposed after the end of the Maduro government in January 2026. The freeze supports future mutual legal assistance cooperation with Venezuela on the recovery of illicitly acquired assets.
